Policy Details
You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Electronics
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with Proof of purchase, Return form
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Upgrade Electric strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $1.false
Process Details
To return your purchase from Upgrade Electric, place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, along with a Proof of purchase, Return form. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Upgrade Electric will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Upgrade Electric will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
